The client purchased this property with a vision to create a standout home, collaborating with Richart Design Group to bring it to life. The objective was to replace the original structure with a new home of similar size, designed to harmonize with the Dover Shores neighborhood while incorporating soft modern and Scandinavian design elements.

 

The plans were exceptional, and it was a pleasure to work alongside the client to execute the build and bring their vision to fruition. This ground-up project was completed in approximately one year, coming in under both budget and timeline.

 

The home features premium materials, including white oak reeded cabinets, porcelain countertops, white oak hardwood flooring, and custom-built elements such as slatted walls. Additional highlights include Pella windows and multi-slide doors, blending style and functionality to achieve a truly remarkable finished product.
