Preconstruction Design
After selecting an architect and finalizing your plans, we strongly recommend incorporating a professional designer into your project. While architectural plans provide the framework, a designer helps refine the details, including material selections and elevations, ensuring a cohesive and efficient process. Many homeowners overlook this step, but addressing these decisions upfront can save significant time and money during construction. A well-thought-out design helps avoid delays and keeps the project on track. If you need assistance, we’d be happy to refer you to a trusted local designer to complete and enhance your plans.
Construction Estimate
Once you have your plans ready, whether before or after incorporating design elements, we can schedule a site visit to discuss your plans, explore your vision, and provide you with a detailed, comprehensive bid—completely free of charge. We bid jobs, which means there are no surprises—what we bid is what you pay. Unlike some contractors who operate on a cost-plus model and don’t fully commit to their cost estimates, we stand firmly behind our pricing, ensuring transparency and peace of mind throughout your project.
On-Site Consultations
At key stages throughout the project, we will meet with you to review progress, address any necessary changes, and make important decisions. We will be on-site for the entire duration of the project and are always available for site visits whenever needed, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.
